SHIPPING –
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service “Media Mail” unless other arrangements are made. Shipping and handling charges can be estimated as follows:

- U.S. customers: $4.00 for the first item, $2.00 for each additional item. In addition, add $4.00 for each Hardbound volume.
- Other countries: Please contact us for shipping charges. Let us know which items you want and we will be happy to give you a quote for “Global Priority Mail” shipping (typically 2-4 weeks). (We would like to remind you that you may be charged import duties by the government of your country. We have nothing whatsoever to do with this so, if you have any questions, you should check with your Postal or Customs Service.
Free Shipping –
- We also provide free shipping on orders above $100.
Shipping Duration –
- Within the U.S.A., allow 1-2 weeks;
- Outside the U.S.A., allow 2-4 weeks. (Please be aware that you may be charged import duties by the government of your country. We have nothing whatsoever to do with this so, if you have any questions, you should check with your Postal or Customs Service.)
