RETURNS: All returns must be authorized in advance. Write or email New Falcon Publications (info@newfalcon.com) for authorization and return shipping labels. Cite original invoice for each title returned and specify the reason for return. Returns for any reason other than damaged or defective goods are made at the Buyer's expense. All overstock titles must be returned in salable condition within six months of purchase or as agreed. Credit will not be refunded, but will be applied to your account for future purchases unless other arrangements have been made. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS.
