We strongly urge you to order directly from one of our excellent distributors listed below. Generally they can get our titles to you much faster than we can and they frequently offer better terms and discounts.
How to Order From New Falcon
(If you order by ISBN, please note that we have two ISBN prefixes: 0-941404 and 1-56184.)
All of our titles are trade paperback editions unless otherwise noted.

TERMS FOR ESTABLISHED ACCOUNTS: Net 30 days. No New Orders will be filled for customers whose accounts are past due. Please make payment from the invoice enclosed with the shipment. NO STATEMENTS WILL BE SENT.
NEW COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS: Orders must be Prepaid or shipped COD until credit is approved or unless prior arrangements have been made. Furnish three trade references, name and address of your bank, and name and address of owner. For corporations, include the name and address of officers and any owner of 40% or more of stock.
PAYMENT WITH ORDERS: Payments must be by check or money order in U.S. funds. We do not accept credit cards. All orders from outside the U.S.A. must be Proforma or Prepaid by International Money Order, Checks drawn on U.S. banks, or equivalent (U.S. Funds Only).
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR PREPAID ORDERS: All orders are shipped surface (4th Class Book Rate in the U.S. and Printed Matter Surface elsewhere) unless other arrangements are made. Contact Us for exact charges or you may estimate shipping as follows:
- U.S. customers: $6.16 for the first two items, $1.40 for each additional group of two items. In addition, add $2.00 for each Hardbound volume. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
- Other countries: $27.50 for the first item, $2.50 for each additional item. Allow 2 weeks for delivery.
OTHER SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Shipping and handling charges are computed at cost and are included in the invoice total.
CLAIMS: All claims for damaged goods, defective goods, or short shipments must be made within 14 days of their receipt. Credit will be given for return postage on damaged or defective material. Claims for shipments not received must be made within 45 days of your initial order.
RETURNS: All returns must be authorized in advance. Write or call New Falcon Publications for authorization and return shipping labels. Cite original invoice for each title returned and specify the reason for return. Returns for any reason other than damaged or defective goods are made at the Buyer's expense. All overstock titles must be returned in salable condition within six months of purchase or as agreed. Credit will not be refunded, but will be applied to your account for future purchases unless other arrangements have been made.
BACKORDERS: At times we may be out of stock of some titles and cannot fill part or all of your order. Generally, if we cannot ship any part of a prepaid order, we will return the order and payment to you. In all other situations, we will backorder those titles which are unavailable unless otherwise instructed. Further, please note that we accumulate multiple backorders unless otherwise instructed.
